A galette is a traditional French pastry that’s a cross between a tart and a pie, but more rustic than either. First, we layer fruit in the center of a flaky, buttery crust, and then we artfully fold the edges of the crust toward the center, creating the appearance of a golden nest! With such a unique, artisan presentation of delicious fruits cradled in a golden buttery crust, our Galettes are almost too beautiful to eat…almost!
